      <description>Summary:
 This will be an independent contractor relationship between the individual and World Racing Group whereby the contractor agrees to sell sponsorships for local WRG-owned or leased tracks and/or events.
 As an independent contractor, this individual will not considered an employee of World Racing Group in any capacity and will not be eligible for any WRG employee benefits, including but not limited to insurances, worker?s compensation or employee-only discounts.
 While this position is an independent contractor, there will be mutually agreed upon sales/performance expectations which can end the agreement if unfulfilled.

Compensation:
 10% commission of the net (cash collected) agreement for sponsorships initiated and closed during the agreement; additional compensation is not provided
 Commissions paid on a quarterly basis
 Commissions will be reported on a 1099
 Proper paperwork must be completed and submitted before the sponsorship is closed
 Payment must be received in full before the sponsorship is closed

Required Skills:
 At least 3 years of commission based sales experience, preferably in sponsorships or other promotional/marketing ventures
 Ability to self-motivate and self-manage
 Existing book of customers and ability to network
 Knowledge of dirt motorsports is helpful

Location:
 This opportunity will service Orange County Fair Speedway, Eastern States Weekend and other mutually agreed-upon opportunities.
